Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qdero (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Qdero Inc. ("Qdero", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use by emailing security@qdero.com.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; (b) use the Service to violate any law; (c) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; (d) resell the Service without our written consent.
6. Your Data
You retain all rights to data you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant Qdero a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
7. AI Features
Outputs from our AI agents are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them. Qdero is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
Qdero and all related marks, software, and content are owned by Qdero Inc. or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qdero's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
